Dates 2006 – I was admitted as a full member of the Romanian Professional Artists’ Organization (U.A.P.), painting section, Constanzta branch, with the national head office in Bucharest, on the basis of a relevant portfolio and a relevant personal experience (please see the prizes and other awards below)





Title of qualification awarded

2000 - 2004 The University of Fine Arts Bucharest, passing the exam with 8.96, daily courses, Faculty of Visual Arts and Design, Design section, Industrial & Interior Design Specialties, graduated with diploma project; theoretical paper + original prototype “Synergetic object” (technical drawing portable board – including some geometric instruments) made of “comatex” in yellow and grey plus white. Appreciated with mark 10 in graduating diploma session.

Principal subjects/occupational skills covered

One man show:

-2014- "DANUBE DELTA - HEAVEN of EUROPE", watercolours and photoes (38 artworks in total) - Art Museum of Constantza - ROMANIA. (Opening day: 18.10.2014), on display for 4 weeks.

-2012- Watercolour, Pastel, Indian Ink - "Tudor Domesicus - Tudor Orientalis", including over 50 framed artworks. Displayed at the ART MUSEUM of Constantza for 4 weeks.

-2011- Watercolour exhibition – "Fragments of a Swedish Summer", including 57 passe par tout, framed watercolours. The exhibition opening was on September the 10th, 2011. The « host » was the Art Museum of Constantza.

-2010- Painting exhibition, called : "Water’s World". The art works were created in acrilic on cardboard, 50cm by 70cm (43 works).The opening day was October the 30th 2010 at the Art Museum of Constantza.

-2010- Painting exhibition: "Venice and Florence", 55 art works displayed at The Art Museum of Constantza.

-2009- Croquis, drawings and small painting exhibition "From sacre to prophane" The exhibition dispalyed 65 works (monastry nuns, ordinary people and North Moldavia Monasteris, exhibited in the Art Museum of Constantza).

-2008- Painting exhibiton "Yesterday and today in Constantza" - landscapes. The Art Museum of Constantza. April the 5th – May the 7th.

-2007- Painting exhibition : "Under the sun of Tanger and Andalucia". The Art Museum of Constantza.

-2002- Painting and instalation exhibition, held in the Design section hall Bucharest. The theme was "Anti smoking Campagne".

-1999- Painting exhibition with "Landscapes and still lifes" : watercolours, charcoal, China ink and soft pastels, displayed in The Royal Castle of Mamaia resort.

-1998- Painting exhibition at the Royal Castle in Mamaia resort, with the theme : "France and Italy - holiday trip".

-1997- Painting exhibition with "Still life works and landscapes" ( watercolours and soft pastels) exhibited in the grand hall of the Fine Arts Highschool of Constantza.

-2011- « Cultural interferences » The Professional Artists from Constantza and Tulcea, displayed in Constantin Brancusi exhibition hall, at The Parliament Palace (People’s House) Bucharest. Tudor Mirescu has exhibited 4 x 30/50 cm paintings. General title : « Cardinal points of Europe », where North stands for : « A lighthouse in Sweden » ; East is: « The Voronetz Monastery, Romania » ; South is : « The entrance gate in Seville, Spain » and West is: « Houses of Parliament, London, U.K. ».


Beyond its geographical meaning, Tudor’s Mirescu art work contains subtle indications to the history of the religions which are different in those 4 countries and to as many types of spirituality and culture.

-2010- « Dobrodgea County’s Exhibition » Starting from the 6th of December, the Tulcea and Dobrodgea County’s exhibited in the Art Museum of Constanta.

-2010- « Signs and language » the Art Museum of Constantza.

-2010- The Romanian Professional Artists Organization exhibited in the lobby of President Hotel – Mangalia.
